Our standard subscription of R199 pm (incl. VAT) allows you to manage up to 3 properties monthly. For landlords managing larger portfolios, an additional fee of R49 per property per month applies for each property beyond the first three.
As your 60-day trial approaches its end, you will receive a prompt within the system to add your payment details securely via Netcash to continue managing your properties seamlessly, along with any optional premium marketing fees for property portal syndication.
